Article 10 of Spanish law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI-CE) requires a commercial website to publish who operates it. This page does that.

What this website is for
It presents the vehicles RoadStar Cars Rent has available, prices a rental for the dates you choose, and lets you reserve one. The rental agreement itself is signed at handover.
Using this site
You may read these pages, price a rental and make a booking. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, extract the vehicle listings in bulk for another site, or use the booking system other than to make a genuine reservation.
The text, photographs and design of this site belong to RoadStar Cars Rent, except for the manufacturers' vehicle images, which belong to their manufacturers and are shown to identify the model. Nothing here grants a licence to reuse them.
We take care that prices, availability and vehicle details are correct, and the site is built so that the price you are shown is the price the booking is taken at. If an obvious error nonetheless appears — a price that is plainly wrong — we will tell you before confirming rather than hold you to it.
If you are a consumer
Booking through this website is a distance contract under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The rental terms, including cancellation, are on the rental terms page, and the cancellation rules are stated on the page where you book and on your confirmation.
The right of withdrawal under Article 103(l) of that law does not apply to vehicle-rental contracts made for a specific date or period. Our own free cancellation window is more generous than the law requires and is stated with every booking.
A complaint reaches us fastest by email at info@roadstar-rent.es or on either telephone number above, and we answer in English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian. Tell us the booking reference and what went wrong.
We do not belong to any consumer arbitration scheme, so a dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the courts. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and you keep every right the consumer authorities of the Generalitat Valenciana give you.
Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law governs this website and any rental agreed through it. Where you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of the law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim before the courts there.
